A new year's resolution that everyone can do

1. Start exercising. (check with your Doctor first)
a. First day walk a block and add a block a day up to 10 blocks.
b. Look at what you are eating and just cut back on something everyday.
2. If you are not already doing it, start helping someone who needs it. It could be a friend or stranger.
3. Send one extra dollar a week to a charity of your choosing, or a new dollar to a charity.
4. Go to church once a week for at least an hour. The church can be an existing church/synagogue/mosque or the church could be inside you. Go to a place where you can meditate/reflect on the past week and week ahead.
5. Sing a song even if you are the only one who hears it.
6. If you live alone get a pet. If you do not live alone get a pet.

There are other things I know you can think of. Make it easy, start small and we can all achieve our goals. As my son says, Peace out.
